Keto Cheese Chips

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

Grate the Cheese

Use a box grater to grate one cup of cheese. Then preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Make Piles of Shredded Cheese

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and coat it well with cooking spray.

Take heaping tablespoons of shredded cheese and pile them. Sprinkle a small pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Bake the Cheese Chips

Place the heaps of cheese into the preheated oven. Bake until the cheese has melted.

Let them cool and enjoy!

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 2 minutes.
